My August training Calendar

Proper Planning.... Im ready for a better year.

Sunday - Edurance Day no less than 9 miles.
Monday - Walk at least 4 miles recovery
Tuesday - Back at it easy 35 minutes plus
Wednesday - Hump Day a little further and faster 
Thursday - Speed training 4x400, 6x400, 8x400, 10x400
Friday - REST
Saturday - Weight training with light jog
