What A Rush

Today triathlon training was the most exciting of them all, so far.
I don't know tri lingo so I can only describe our workout routine.
The total miles on the bike was 18 and followed by a 3 mile run.
The first six we went at a conversation pace, the core was every
other half mile as hard and fast as you can go. To the point that you are
not comfortable (I like that part and handled it quite well.)
That gave me a true rush, pushing myself to the edge of hurt...
where that does mean that I can push a tad bit harder.
By the third set I had a serious sweat. That was a first time I had
a sweat on a bike... like that. On the way back the last six miles
was the same as we went out. My legs felt great, I was really
surprised. My bike and run time took 1:43. So I have take out
eight miles and add a quarter mile swim in the ocean ...
did I say swim. That will sure take away a rush.
(He he he)

Are you really sick? I am so sorry!!! Fever is so draining. Rest and rest, it is really the only way to get better
