Where have I been???

Well, I have been running steady, just a new schedule and no partner.
Every weekend last month were spent in a running expo displaying my

running art which I call "Stainglass Runners"
which I have been trying to upload to this page with no success.

I have been missing blogging. This will be brief as I will use this
weekend time to prepare for the Cooper River Bridge Expo. Some
of the events I have been able to participate if there is volunteer
participation. They will watch my booth while I go run, if not I have
to stay in the booth myself. Some expo's are totally separate from
the event. Now on the weekend I have to run Saturday and Sunday
to keep my average mileage.

I start training Monday for a sprint triathlon scheduled for June.
The training is 12 weeks.

Donuts have not been my friend. I try being friendly with them,
but I guest I'm a little to friendly and let them take advantage
of me. They just been coming around homesteading on my mid
section like they have a deed to my waistline. I been doing plenty
of crunches and have been maintaining pretty well. Pretty soon
I take back full ownership until then I'll enjoy the moist, soft,
roundness of the delectable scrumptious tummy filler til I'm
ready for that spot to be sold to hard work and discipline again.

ok Missy - you need to figure out how to post pictures...I've been dying to check out your art. Do you have a link to a website at least?

Good luck with your upcoming training...stay away from the donuts!

I never heard such fantastic description of a donut! Makes me want to get in the car and drive to Dunkin Donuts for a Boston Creme.
We ALL want to see your art!

Pamel Ann I'm pretty sure the marathon never had over 200 for the five years I ran it. Last year the the half was over 8000 they started starting the marthon and the half at the same time after the first year.

Hey Pamela Ann,

Thanks for stopping by. It has been a while. I had no idea there was a half in Ocala. If I get the racing bug, who knows where I'll end up. But I will be in Daytona Beach in July for our annual family reunion though. Can't wait.
