Okay, dang! Yesterday felt a little twitch in my hamstring
during the speed workout. I figure it was that I had to
some adjusting to the new shoes... shoot. This morning I
went out for my run, the weather is perrrrfect 71 degrees.
I start running and I feel a pull in hamstring. Soooo, first
off on taking the shoes back and get my 'ol faithfuls. Then
stay off the legs a couple of days, nurse it with some ice
and a good massage and hopefully I will have some good
things to say about that in a couple of days!

Good call on the rest and ice. Don't forget the compression and elevation. Just think R.I.C.E.
