Today, I must admit
was a little painful. It felt like I
went from Sunday's 19 miles to run
towards 20. I didn't loosen up until mile
three. I feel good now and I think tomorrow
will feel much better than today and so on.
Thanks again guys, next week I will be
adding ice to the cold bath water.
Guess what? Next week's long
run is only 13 miles
