What a reverse, yesterday felt like the three miles. What a good reverse. I enjoyed the eight mile run, although it
didn't quite seem long enough. I was able to make good time too. The warning from my hamstring forced me to be conscious of stretching and preventing injuries. My legs were quite relax, thanks for the tips. I look forward to this weekend's half marathon. I will take I easy this week. How was your run?

Hey, when your 8 miler doesn't feel quite long enough, you know you are doing well.
Rest up for the half, no need to risk it. As they say, the hay is in the barn.
